In ROM VI He is known to the world as "Der Brutale" (The Brutal), "Der Schlächter" (The Slaughterer),
"Der Blutige" (? The Bloody) and he is the king of Germany.

FACT: From what William says in Chapter 49, Ludwig II when he was crowned king of his country prevented Albion from merging with Germanicus. William also says that his people there are not very fond of alliances either. It's been also officially stated as well that Ludwig II is Esther and Mary's cousin once removed, Nephew to Queen Bridget II, cousin to Prince Gilbert and Jane Judith Jocelyn.
